What reviewers say
Good But could be better.
4.5
“In my opinion the best feature about Verizon network based IVR is the call routing. It ensures the customers are directed to the right department. This is quite flexible and can be used to scale the operation.”
Best to choose Verizon
4.0
“Easy to setup and provide a lot of features that help reduce our work. Customer support is very responsive to resolve the issue.”
An IVR that doesn't lead to an infinite death loop?
3.5
“It's not as long as most IVR where it takes 5-6 selections to get to your destination... usually within 2-3 selections you'll be connected after self verifying. The Customer service has seemed to improve through the years as well.”
