What reviewers say
One stop solution for seamless product customization
“It handles complex, customizable products with dynamic rules and constraints. It generates real time accurate quotes based on customer selections. It connects well with CRM,ERP platforms.”
Okay configurator but terrible customer service. Web Services API also needs work.
“The configurator is good from a UX experieince. The admin console is ok with searchable sections to find what you are looking for. I like that it has AutoCad output capabilities; however we have not taken it to this extreme yet. Would be valuable if we did.”
Solid Product and Consulting
“Working with the Configure One implementation team was a great experience. Our Configure One project manager helped guide us to solutions while showing us how to solve problems on our own.”
