About Employment Hero

Employment Hero is the world’s leading AI Employment Operating System (OS). Founded in 2014, we are a global unicorn on a mission to eliminate the "admin tax" for SMEs. Today, we are trusted by over 350,000 businesses and 2 million users to manage the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to automated payroll and benefits. We believe employment should be intelligently run, not manually managed. By moving beyond traditional, static HRIS, our platform serves as a "system of action" rather than just a system of record that uses AI to automate complex workflows autonomously. With a global presence and a $2 billion valuation, we provide growing organisations with the enterprise-grade tools, real-time compliance and financial wellness perks they need to compete on a global scale. At Employment Hero, we don’t just store your data; we help you run your business smarter, faster and more efficiently.
