About OMQ

OMQ is AI customer service software developed by OMQ GmbH in Berlin, Germany. It automates customer inquiries across digital service channels: website chat and messengers, email, phone, contact forms, help pages and ticket systems. The product suite includes the OMQ Chatbot (AI chatbot), OMQ Reply (AI email bot), OMQ Voice Bot (AI phone bot), OMQ AI Agent (automated backend processes), OMQ Help (AI help page), OMQ Contact (smart contact form) and OMQ Assist (answer assistant for ticket systems). All products draw on one central knowledge base, so answers are maintained once and stay consistent across every channel. Existing website content can be imported into the knowledge base with a single click. OMQ uses its own LLM pipeline for controlled generative AI, recognizes the intent behind customer requests and answers them in more than 30 languages. It works out of the box without AI training. Requests that need a human are handed over to the service team, and the OMQ AI Agent can carry out tasks directly in backend systems. OMQ is GDPR and EU AI Act compliant.
