Good product for small-medium businesses, great customer service
“I love having and integrated CRM system and order platform. The customer support is phenomenal and the ability to create customized reports from the SQL database has been very helpful in providing insights about our fastest growing market segments.”
It does well keeping track of customers and orders, however it does not connect with other databases
“User friendly, searching the database is useful, it makes it complicated to be so specific finding certain contacts. It does help generating new leads and continued services.”
