About Classet

Classet is an AI recruiting assistant that automates top-of-funnel hiring by engaging applicants within minutes via SMS and email and inviting them to complete an on-demand AI phone interview. Joy, our AI voice interviewer, conducts structured, job-specific screening conversations 24/7 with no scheduling required, then generates clear, structured summaries that sync directly into your ATS. Recruiters and hiring managers make all final decisions, with no subjective scoring or autonomous hiring actions. Built as a layer on top of your existing ATS, Classet helps high-volume hiring teams respond faster, screen more consistently, reduce manual phone screens, increase applicant-to-interview conversion, and maintain compliance through third-party bias audits and human-in-the-loop review.
