- Features
CloudFiles
CloudFiles is document automation for Salesforce. It manages, generates, shares and processes the documents a business runs on, directly from the Salesforce record, while the files stay in the customer’s own storage. CloudFiles Document Management connects Salesforce records to Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon S3, Dropbox and Box. Every record gets its own folder, built from a structure and naming rules set once, and files are shared externally through links that expire, can require a password, and track opens and downloads.
