HireBrain is a hiring enablement platform built specifically to help hiring managers and recruiters improve the probability of better hiring outcomes and reduce bias in hiring decisions. Studies show that on average, more than 70% of hiring is done by managers that hire infrequently or that are hiring for the first time in their career. Training and support can help, but often lose efficacy over time and without reinforcement. HireBrain provides a suite of AI-assisted applications that support hiring managers and recruiters in delivering a role-aligned attraction, assessment, selection, and onboarding experience. HireBrain helps managers design roles based on the outcomes a new hire will need to achieve, bridging recruiting and performance management to enable true Quality of Hire (QoH) management. Our AI-assisted Intake technology for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet ensures every attribute, necessity and nuance shared in a recruiter-led intake meeting is captured, transcribed, and codified. From there the HireBrain AITM builds a draft Role Design, Job Description, Social Marketing Copy, Role-Specific Interview Guide, Interview Scorecard and New Hire Plan of Success that managers in collaboration with others can refine. HireBrain integrates with all the leading ATS and Talent CRM platforms. Founded by a talent acquisition leader with more than 20 years of functional leadership experience and an advisory panel of experts in cognitive neurology, neurobiology, decision-making science, and behavioral economics. “HireBrain forces the person responsible for hiring to ask the right questions about setting goals for the new hire. Like what you expect the new hire to do in the first 30-days, delivery for the first quarter or the first year and beyond. Without HireBrain, I wouldn't have gone deeper to ask myself these questions.” – Global Engineering Manager, Nutanix
