Yapp vs. EventPilot

Yapp is a no-code mobile event app builder that lets you create branded conference apps, meeting apps, and corporate event apps without developers. Use the drag-and-drop builder to launch a professional mobile app for your next conference, trade show, or training session in minutes. Schedules, speaker directories, maps, push notifications, and real-time updates all come built in. Yapp works on iOS and Android and is built for event managers, associations, and nonprofits who want a polished attendee experience at a fraction of enterprise conference app pricing.

ATIV Software supplies the leading mobile conference platform for large scientific and medical meetings. Their EventPilot meeting platform is designed for complex conferences like the American Heart Association and the North American Ornithological Conference. The platform offers a content library to host ePosters or automate the collection of video recordings. It is easy for non-technical participants to access and use. You can off-load some of the work for your team by collecting posters, pre-recorded videos, and links through a speaker portal.
