UnleashX vs. Mina (AI Teammate)

UnleashX is an AI workforce platform that lets enterprises hire, govern and scale AI employees across their customer operations. Instead of standalone bots, every AI employee on UnleashX has a defined job, approved knowledge and access to the systems it needs, so work moves from the first conversation to a verified, recorded outcome. Organizations can hire AI employees for roles like sales development, insurance sales, customer onboarding, support, retention, collections, claims intake, renewals, loan origination and recruitment.

Mina is an AI teammate that turns meetings into action. Unlike conventional AI meeting assistants that quietly record conversations and send notes afterward, Mina actively participates in meetings, responds when addressed, understands the evolving context and helps teams complete work while the conversation is still happening. Mina works across the entire meeting lifecycle: Before the meeting, Mina can prepare agendas, retrieve relevant information from connected tools and brief participants with the context they need.
