Qualified is a performance based platform that allows organizations to use coding assessments and pair programming interviews to vet technical talent. Unlike other platforms, we use actual unit tests and a wide range of language specific testing frameworks that better predict actual on the job performance. Any assessment can easily be turned into a pair-programming session and all assessments can be timed and recorded in order to give hiring managers a deeper level of insight into each candidates thought process and problem solving ability.
