Symphony vs. Amazon Monitron

We have a plug and play industry 4.0 solution utilising both a physical component to wirelessly monitor vibrations from any machine with moving components and send the data to the cloud. In the cloud we analyse the data to diagnose the status of the machines health and remaining useful life (RUL). We then put all this information into an easy to use portable iPad application to be used on the facility floor with a companion TV app displaying the overall status for the team.

Amazon Monitron is an end-to-end system that utilizes machine learning to detect abnormal conditions in industrial machinery, enabling predictive maintenance and reducing unplanned downtime. It comprises wireless sensors that capture vibration and temperature data, gateways that securely transfer this data to AWS, and a service that analyzes the information to identify potential equipment failures. Users can monitor equipment health through a companion mobile application, facilitating timely maintenance interventions.
