MentorPRO is an evidence-based mentoring platform for universities and youth-serving nonprofits, built by mentoring researchers to run, support, and measure peer mentoring programs. Co-founded by Dr. Jean Rhodes, director of the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring at UMass Boston, MentorPRO puts decades of mentoring research into a platform programs can run day to day. Colleges and universities use it for peer mentoring that supports first-year retention, first-generation students, and TRIO programs.
