SAP Asset Performance Management

SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) is a cloud solution that drives operational excellence by shifting asset maintenance from reactive to predictive. It creates a centralized view of asset health, reliability, and risk across the enterprise using IoT and operational data. APM standardizes maintenance strategies (RCM, FMEA) and calculates real-time health scores to forecast potential failures.

Symphony

We have a plug and play industry 4.0 solution utilising both a physical component to wirelessly monitor vibrations from any machine with moving components and send the data to the cloud. In the cloud we analyse the data to diagnose the status of the machines health and remaining useful life (RUL). We then put all this information into an easy to use portable iPad application to be used on the facility floor with a companion TV app displaying the overall status for the team.
