Prophet CRM
Prophet CRM is embedded in Outlook, not simply integrated. This allows Prophet to uniquely leverage the work you and your team already do in Outlook, and automatically associates that activity to the appropriate customer opportunity within Prophet CRM. Whether from your desktop or mobile device, all Outlook-based emails, tasks, and calendar events are automatically tracked and associated to the corresponding opportunity, unburdening your team from administrative entry and giving them more time to sell.
Mixmax
Mixmax works inside Gmail so nothing falls through the cracks. Founded in 2014, it's used by people who handle their own outreach — founders, agency owners, recruiters, consultants, fundraisers and small business owners — and by the teams they work with. When you send an email, Mixmax keeps track of it. You can see when someone opens it or clicks a link. If they don't reply, Mixmax reminds you, or sends your next email for you. By default, follow-ups stop the moment the person writes back, so nobody gets another nudge after they've answered.
