Notchup
Notchup is the AI Chief of Staff for modern technology teams (50-500 engineers). We help engineering leaders replace spreadsheets and gut feelings with live operational data. Unlike generic engineering metrics tools that just measure code velocity, Notchup starts by building a deep Human Intelligence Graph—analyzing every engineer’s unique skills, behavioral style, and true capacity. We then connect this human context with your Business Strategy (Jira/Linear) and Engineering Reality (GitHub/Slack) to act as your operational brain.
