The Predictive Index
🚀 Obi by The Predictive Index is now in open beta for current PI clients! PI has spent 70 years studying what drives people at work. Obi by PI is our new AI product that puts that science to work in the moments that require it most. Before a tough feedback conversation, a first 1:1, a performance review, or a moment of interpersonal conflict, users can ask Obi how to approach the situation. Obi will provide a tailored playbook grounded in the behavioral profiles of the specific people involved, not generic AI advice.
