Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble) vs. Rocketlane

Kantata helps professional services organizations of 50 to 5,000+ employees ensure consistent excellence and profitability across every project. With a platform that connects everything from scoping to resourcing to forecasting, you can always deliver amazing. The real challenge for most PS organizations is that their projects are so unpredictable. They never really know how an engagement is going to play out until it’s too late to do anything about it. And that undermines profits, strains resources, and leaves clients wondering what they’re really paying for.

Rocketlane is the only execution platform for professional services. For decades, PSA tools tracked the work — status, resources, financials — but never executed on it. Rocketlane, with Nitro,Rocketlane’s native AI capabilities, runs the actual work: from kickoff, plan generation, QBR, status, and customer onboarding, on the same platform the team already tracks against. Operations, delivery, and the work itself live on one engagement record, on the same data the human manages. Rocketlant works with service leaders to define your successes and provide desired outcomes.
