Intertek Alchemy is a frontline performance system built for manufacturers, food processors, packagers, and distributors. It goes beyond course completion and connects training, on-the-job observation, and supervisor coaching so companies can confirm not just that employees were trained, but that they can perform the task correctly on the floor. Frontline manufacturing workforces are shift-based, on-site, and spread across multiple facilities, which makes consistent performance hard to see and even harder to prove.
