Delenta vs. Torch

At its very simplest, Delenta is a platform designed to bridge the gap between mentors and mentees, coaches and “coachees”, experts and novices. Here at Delenta, we are driven by a guiding belief that the world should, and can, become a better place. A place where people strive to grow, to improve and to live their dreams … and a place where those with the ability to help make those dreams a reality are free to do so.

We empower leaders to evolve as fast as the world around them through contextual coaching that transforms both individuals and organizations. By aligning development with your company's unique culture and goals, our coaches help build the leadership capacities needed to navigate constant change. Great leaders aren't born—they're coached, and we're reimagining how coaching can create lasting organizational impact.
