It brings 1:1 coaching, manager development, executive coaching, team coaching and AI change coaching into one system, for every level of an organization from individual contributors to the C-suite. Founded in 2020, Boon works with 110+ mid-market and enterprise organizations, including The Wonderful Company, Taft and Blue Owl Capital, through a network of 300+ ICF-accredited coaches. Five programs run in that system. Scale is 1:1 coaching open to every employee, with usage-based pricing.
