This is Steven, the founder. I was diagnosed as an adult with ADHD and this explained a lot about my distracted, inefficient work habits (squirrel!). I wrote about this extensively on our website www.TheSukha.co. I tried a bunch of single-feature apps to help (some played music, some blocked distractions, some had timers, etc.) but ultimately none of them stuck - they all felt like PART of the solution I needed instead of a WHOLE SOLUTION. So my co-founder and I designed and built Sukha - a WHOLE FLOW STATE WEBSITE.
